Learn how to cook like a Michelin-starred chef in a relaxed way
A series of three lessons in a small group (12 ppl max.) to establish a great rapport with the Chef and the group.
With Christophe Pauly, students learn more about gastronomy: recognising ingredients based on the tastes, from coming up with combinations to evaluating proportions, skills for using utensils, basic techniques to master cooking… As seasons pass, the series of lessons will help you to cook a 3-course menu.
Price: €300 per session. Includes drink, food and technical documents.
If you would like to invite your partner, your companion or a friend… to the table after finishing the lesson: €75.00 per person including a starter, meal and drinks.
Thanks to the kitchen with a grand opening into the restaurant, the Coq Aux Champs is the perfect location to organise customised cooking courses for groups and companies. For reservations from 2 to 12 people, circumstances and price vary.
